Family Frontiers collaborated with the Malaysian Institute for Debate and Public Speaking (MIDP) and Taylor’s University to participate in a two-day event focused on promoting healthy discourse among youths on critical social, political, cultural, economic, environmental, and human rights issues in Malaysia.
During the event, Family Frontiers ran an advocacy booth to raise awareness on the plight of Malaysian mothers in their pursuit for equal citizenship rights. Impacted mothers, Bibie, Aniza, and Saweza, shared their personal experiences and challenges with more than 100 attendees and also had the opportunity to speak to Deputy Minister of Youth & Sports, YB Adam Adli, former Member of Parliament, Dr. Ong Kian Ming.
