Artistes Unite

The third screening of ‘Saya Juga Anak Malaysia’ featured performing artists advocating against gender-discriminatory citizenship laws in Malaysia. Impacted individuals shared their experiences through spoken word poetry and original rap performances. The event included commentaries and an interactive session for participants to take part in calls to action. The screening was attended by 69 participants including social media influencers, media personnel, policymakers, civil society organisations, youth groups, legal professionals, and impacted families.
