“Saya Juga Anak Malaysia” film screening and panel discussion in collaboration with Empower and GerakBudaya

Family Frontiers in collaboration with Empower, and local independent bookstore, GerakBudaya, organised the “Saya Juga Anak Malaysia” film screening and panel discussion. The event drew a total of 47 attendees from various age groups who participated in both the film screening and the subsequent panel discussion. The panel featured distinguished speakers, including Maria Chin, a former Member of Parliament; Michelle Ng, Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly for Subang Jaya; Patricia,Family Frontiers’ Research & Policy Coordinator ; and Niba, an impacted adult child. The discussion was highly engaging, with attendees actively participating during the question and answer session. Following the event, several attendees approached the Family Frontiers team to inquire about ways they could further support the campaign.
