Family Frontiers organised two sessions of storming the National Registration Department to check the status of Malaysian mothers’ submission of citizenship documents via “operation of law” following the Family Frontiers’ case. Following the status check, Family Frontiers and impacted families demonstrated in front of the National Registration Department building demanding action in the presence of the media. Impacted mothers also use this opportunity to share their stories and struggles with the media. A total of 28 mothers attended the JPN storming session collectively.
