What documents do I need in order to apply for the extension of my spouse’s visit pass?

1. Borang Imm.55 (Borang Imm.55)
2. Borang Imm.58 (Borang Imm.38)
3. Statutory Declaration by husband and wife that the marriage is still binding
4. Children’s birth certificates (if any)
5. Identity cards of both spouses
6. Marriage certificate
7. Passports of both spouses (all printed pages)

Note:
Both spouses must be present
For nationals of China and African countries, the completed application form must be submitted at the Malaysian Immigration Department Headquarters.
