Apply for the “Journey Performed” visa; write a letter to the Director of Immigration stating the reason why you cannot travel. It is best to list numerous reasons. This will cost RM520 and is up to the discretion of the immigration officer
When you go to collect the visa after 30 days, the new LTSVP will come with a single entry visa sticker with “Journey Performed” stamp. The sticker cost an extra RM50.
