• The sponsor has to earn more than RM2000 per month and pay tax.
• If the Spouse is unemployed or does not earn the minimum RM2000 per month, a family member residing in the same state can become the sponsor. However he/she should be present at the time of submission of documents.
• Provide proof of income, which could sometimes include criteria such as the provision of EPF deposits made by the Employer for the entire company.
